Star Wars fans, especially collectors, are in for a treat with the 2025 Star Wars Celebration. While we’ve already glimpsed some exclusive The Mandalorian figures from Hasbro, those reveals were just a small part of the exciting announcements from the Celebration panel.
The panel featured a diverse range of new figures, including the much-anticipated return of Dash Rendar, a beloved character from the Expanded Universe. Alongside him, fans got to see an incredible array of figures inspired by the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. You can take a closer look at all the exciting reveals in the slideshow gallery below:
The standout of the Hasbro panel was undoubtedly Dash Rendar. His appearance confirmed that Hasbro is keen to occasionally bring back characters from the Legends timeline, just as they’ve done with Jaina Solo and various characters from Knights of the Old Republic in the past. Dash Rendar is set to be part of the 6-inch Black Series line.
For Jedi: Survivor enthusiasts, there are exciting additions like the Nightsister Merrin figure and a special three-pack featuring Cal Kestis, Turgle, and Skoova Stev in the Black Series line. Additionally, the collection will include a new Merrin figure and a Rocket Launcher Trooper in the smaller 3.75-inch Vintage Collection line.
Among the other highlights are new Black Series figures of Han Solo and Chewbacca, drawing inspiration from their Episode IV appearances. There’s also a Vintage Collection playset featuring a Tusken Raider and a full-sized Bantha.
A key feature of the Hasbro panel was the exclusive Celebration release: a Black Series figure of The Ronin from Star Wars: Visions along with his droid companion, R5-D56. This exclusive set is elegantly packaged with watercolor artwork and a slipcover, available only at the Celebration. However, judging by previous years, there might be a limited release on the Hasbro Pulse website post-event.
In a surprising update, The Ronin is already up for purchase on Amazon.
Aside from The Ronin, all the figures we’ve discussed are expected to hit shelves in the summer of 2025, with preorders opening on April 18 at 12 PM PT.
In other updates from Star Wars Celebration, fans received early teasers about Shawn Levy’s upcoming film, Star Wars: Starfighter. Plus, there were additional announcements made during The Mandalorian and Grogu panel that you won’t want to miss.
