As we gear up for May, there’s a buzz in the air for Forza Motorsport enthusiasts. After two decades, the iconic Fujimi Kaido track is making its long-awaited return, just in time for our 20-year anniversary celebration.
If we rewind back nearly 20 years, the launch of the original Forza Motorsport game marked the start of an incredible journey. It was all about turning car enthusiasts into gamers and vice versa, ultimately building a community fueled by the love of cars, the thrill of racing, competitive spirit, and creative expression.
Since that pivotal debut game in 2005, the series has evolved, introducing more immersive automotive adventures with each new installment. From Forza Motorsport 2, 3, and 4 on the Xbox 360 to Forza Motorsport 5, 6, and 7 on the Xbox One, up to the latest Forza Motorsport for Xbox Series X|S and PC, each game has pushed the envelope further.
With the 20th anniversary just around the corner, we’ve got something exciting lined up. In May, we’re rolling out an update that pays homage to a beloved piece of Forza history. We’re talking about the legendary Fujimi Kaido, a track that holds a special place in the hearts of Forza fans.
Since our October 2023 release of Forza Motorsport, our team has been busy giving Fujimi Kaido a modern facelift. This has been our most ambitious track project yet. Prepare to tackle the Full Circuit or take on the Full Circuit Reverse, stretching over 10.24 miles with 144 hair-raising turns and reaching a summit of 2,711 feet.
Our mission is to bring back the thrill of drifting with friends on those serpentine Japanese mountain roads. We’re fine-tuning every detail to integrate this classic Forza track into our game for May, and we can’t wait for you to experience it all over again.
But Fujimi Kaido is just the beginning of our anniversary surprises. Eagerly anticipated cars, unlockable driver suits, special events in Career and Featured Multiplayer modes, fresh themed Rivals challenges—you name it, we’ve got it lined up.
