Just as the television adaptation is about to make its debut, Sony and Naughty Dog have announced The Last of Us Complete. This latest release combines both Part 1 and Part 2 of the beloved series into one package for the PS5.
### Is this truly the final chapter for The Last of Us?
You can grab The Last of Us Complete digitally right now on the PS Store. This bundle doesn’t just include the games; it packs in all the associated DLCs too. From Part 1, you get the Left Behind prequel chapter, and from Part 2, the Lost Levels are included. For those who own a PS5 and haven’t yet experienced these incredible stories, this bundle is available for $99.99.
Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann shared on the PlayStation Blog, “The complete experiences of Part I and Part II Remastered are the definitive ways to play each of these games. We’ve rebuilt The Last of Us Part I from the ground up with the PS5 in mind, featuring full DualSense support, 3D audio, and more. The Last of Us Part II Remastered not only offers an enhanced edition of the sequel but also includes behind-the-scenes content, additions like Lost Levels, No Return mode, Guitar Free Play, and more.”
Collectors, rejoice! A physical version of The Last of Us Complete is hitting shelves on July 10. Here’s everything you’ll find in the Collector’s Edition, which is exclusively available to preorder through PlayStation Direct:
– A Steelbook® Case with physical discs of The Last of Us™ Part I and The Last of Us™ Part II Remastered
– The Left Behind prequel chapter
– The complete set of The Last of Us: American Dreams Comics #1-#4 with brand new cover art
– A set of four stunning lithographic art prints
– A heartfelt Thank You letter from Neil Druckmann
So, are we truly bidding farewell to The Last of Us? Druckmann recently hinted about the series’ future, alluding, “Don’t bet on there being more.” Considering this release aims to present the “complete” narrative, it seems Naughty Dog might be setting aside this post-apocalyptic saga for a while.
